What is the general return policy on Bodycare Lifestyle.com?

7 Day Return Policy
We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at Bodycarelifestyle.com – You can generate a return all items within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Please ensure that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact and you’ve a justifiable reason for the return. Irrelevant or fraudulent responses will be dealt likewise. The call upon relevance of the reason solely rests with the Bodycare Lifestyle Executive & the response put up by him/her will be final and agreed upon by either.
If you have paid by card then we will reverse the payment. In case of Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposits as modes of payment, we will issue a cheque in the registered name of the customer.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item, wrong product or missing units in my order?

Internal product mismatch is not possible as at our warehouse it is a 3 step process at each step the order is checked and packed accordingly.

Kindly do not accept the shipment if the outer packaging is damaged or seem tampered with, we’ll arrange another shipment for you at the earliest if it happens. If you happen to accept the shipment we won’t be liable for any refunds or damages.

If an item is found damaged on the inside while the outer packaging is intact as per the description on our website, please send a snapshot and a video of unboxing the products received with outer packaging to our customer care at info@Bodycarelifestyle.com within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will then investigate the issue and take actions accordingly. Please note that any replacements or refund or any sort of credit are subject to the report of investigation. The call upon relevance of the reason solely rests with the Bodycare Lifestyle Executive & the response put up by him/her will be final and agreed upon by either.

What should I do if there is any product related issue?

Firstly we’d suggest getting the product verified through whichever brand/importer it is. Then if it turns out to be genuine state the issue faced be it flavor, packaging, mix-ability or anything else.
The brand will get back to you on the concerned raised. If the concern/issue/query is found to be relevant an appropriate action will be taken by the brand/importer through Bodycarelifestyle.com or directly by them.
We act as sellers for the brand authorized for and take/give customer queries great importance, but to combat with fake/fraudulent reverts/complaints/returns we make sure that the issue faced by the consumer is brand approved through mail. So we request the consumer to follow the procedure laid by Bodycarelifestyle.com in order to resolve genuine issues at the earliest

Is there a category specific policy for returns?

Nutrition: Products should be received in original packaging and sealed condition. Opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns. For issues like rashes, stomach upset, headache, flavor like/dislike, flavor difference from one brand to other etc. products would not be applicable for return. Please consult with the doctor before buying the product

Following shall NOT be eligible for return or replacement:

Damages due to misuse of product.

Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.

Any consumable item which has been used or installed.

Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers.

Combos sold won’t be taken back/returned.

Orders dispatched/delivered during the Lockdown period will not be taken back.

Nearby expiry products once sold won’t be taken back/returned.

Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories intact, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

Pickups are done only if it complies with our return policies. You can Contact Us on info@bodycarelifestyle.com to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return.
Wherever possible we will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged by us, you can return the item through Speed Post courier service and share tracking details and we will return the courier costs.

What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

In order to confirm cancellation of item(s) in your order, you need to indicate your refund preference.
There are two modes of refund:

Lifestyle Credit – If you choose this option, the amount will be added to your Lifestyle Credit.

Back to Source – In this case, the money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction. Once you have requested the cancellation of item(s) in your order, Bodycarelifestyle.com will complete the cancellation and process upon receiving the shipment back along with the investigation and then initiate the refund if found correct.
